Lg 36s accessive condensation
hi boys
i am working on two identical 36 s wall mount lg units.
they both have less than 5 meter distance between outdoor and indoor unit.
they both condensate too much that water is droping from the louver.
the evaporator is wet therefore fan is throughing the water from front of the unit.
suction and discharge are both frosting up ie gradually
they both are r 410a.
both units are two years old.
any idea

Re: Lg 36s accessive condensation
i think that the units if they are still putting weird charges in them are charged to 7.5 meters so you may find that they are over charged, filters ok?

Re: Lg 36s accessive condensation
possibly lack of indoor air flow, short of gas, drainage problems? what is suction presuure/temp? are the units sized correctly or are they running all day long?

Re: Lg 36s accessive condensation
hi no problem on sizing the unit, no problem with drainage, charging i am not sure , last time i checked at the ambient of 25 c was 140 psig suction.
the water is dripping from outlet air where fan ie placed.
filters are ok
i feel uncomfortable with the charge, maybe undercharged not sure
