US Hoshizaki Ice Machine to Africa. Will it Work

    Hi Everybody,

I am looking to get a Hoshizaki Ice Cube Machine (KM1300s). Voltage requirement is 208-230/60/1 from the US. I want to take it to Nigeria. Voltage available is 240v/50/1. Will it work?

Has anyone done something similar or have an idea?

Any particular thing to know about the wiring? All other info will be appreciated.

    Thanks

    It will work.

the difference in Hz is 17% so that how much the capacity will decrease.

You also have to check what the ambient temp the machine design to.
