Did you replace the filter/drier?
What is the walk-in temperature (temperature of the air entering the evaporator)?Last edited by Gary; 28-05-2009 at 06:59 PM.

Is the TXV sensing bulb mounted upstream from the equalizer line?

Re: problem TXV walk in cooler
sounds like the valve is starving. open it up 1 full turn counter clockwise. do you know how to check and set the evaporator superheat? if not google superheat. 10 degrees of superheat is ok for a walk in cooler.
