Water dripping continuously for Split AC

There is continuous water dripping from my Split AC. What may be the possible causes?

Describe where is dripping ?

Condensation pump, if installed, out of order.
Dirt in pipe (too dirty air in the room), or pipe sqweezed on a bending, canalization where the pipe goes in is stopped.
Pipe diameter too thin for the load - too much condensation is being produced.
Much condensation, but unit installed not horizontally (water spills over one of its brinks).

Water is continuously dripping from the front grill and Coil is fully frosted.

Provided filters were clean and the fan operated properly prior to the situation described (and if fan was OK, now, is certainly, blocked with the ice - aggrevating the icing)

If coil is frosted, then problem is not only with chocked drain.
Probably it is filter clogged and evaporator dirty.
