Maintenance contracts
Hi all. Wasn't too sure where on the site to post this question. Does any body have a blank template for a sign-up form for maintenance contracts, please? Or alternatively, point me in the right direction of a web site for the same.
We have some competition here in the Canaries, and would like to ensure that we, at least, look professional! Many thanks. Graham

Re: Maintenance contracts
Hi Air con
Usually contracts are tailor made to suit each requirement , usually by a lawyer.
Im not sure if there are available off the shelf on the net.
Will also have to be drafted in accordance with your local laws in mind,
I think the best route would be to see a local firm of lawyers with a specialism in this area,( not just any law firm that are jack of all areas)
Lets see what other companies are doingAny opinions, statements and facts expressed in this message do not constitute legal advice in any shape or form and is given for a general outlook in nature.
