It is a scam. I didn't find in ASHRAE handbook that efficiency of the plant will be reduced year after year.
If it is real energy savings, people should show the estimation (numbers) to compare before and after. Instead we see many questionable customers and chemical analyses of the oil.

Most of these gimmics end up causing other system problems.
Wonder where the carbon & sludge disappear to.

Many people look for magic solutions of energy saving issue. However, the best way to save energy is optimization(design or/and operation) of the refrigeration plant.
