    Danfoss fan speed controller

I have some DX systems with danfoss fan speed conrollers RGE X3R4-7. These systems were fitted, filled and supposedly commissioned. I was initially having a problem with compressor tripping on HP as the air cooled condensers weren't comming in. I have reduced the pressure setpoint on the controller as this was still at factory setting and the fans now come in. Could anybody give me some advice on how i determine the correct pressure to set on these controllers.
    Thanx

By turning the "adjusting screw" on the device (says the brief instruction I found in a matter of few seconds, thanks to our old friend Google). Your device is intended for work with R22 , R404, R407C. So, according to the refrigerant type used in your systems.

I am an electrician working in HVAC and may turn to be dissaproved by profi refs, but I usually set 33-35 C to maintain no matter what refrigeration, with 1,5 -2 Bars differential.

Differential, however, should be a fixed one in your device.

Much fuss, little fun. By 33-35C is meant condensing temp (read on the "clock").

    Re: Danfoss fan speed controller

    Thanx guys

The manufacturers data said a condensing temperature of 38 deg c so i set to around 36 deg c, 13.5 bar for 407C. Just wanted to be sure.
