any one else, struggling?

just set up on my own,but struggling for work,i have sent letters out to almost every a/c refrigeration company,building consultants,advertised locally,put my business cards out and made hundreds of calls,is anyone else in the same boat,been promised work in weeks a head as much of the work is in quotes and not orders at the moment.any advice from any sucessful people on here on what else to try if i have missed anything,thankyou for your time.

Just be happy with the slow time. Enjoy it while you can. I am a new business started 2.5 years ago. Slow to start, now I can't get any time off. The work will come, the money will come. Just be patient......
