    Installing a plenum ceiling

    Hi guys
Our current blast freezer has two floor mounted evaporaters manufactured by LU-VE Contardo,We are thinking of installing a ceiling just above them at a height of 2100mm and leaving gap at the far end for return air flow. At present we are suffering from the air flow from the 12 fans short circuiting as it hits the product,By installing a ceiling would this help?

friend if you will make fall ceiling between the floor and the ceiling in this way the supply air will make direct contact with the product and return after crossing the product ,i have installed same like that blast freezer
