basic fridge question

looking in a book for some reseach and i cant get my head around one thing


if the refrigerant from the compressor comes out as high pressure high temp how does it loose enough heat to become a liquid again in the condenser coil?

ie r22 boils off at -42c so anything below that its a liquid. Its got to be a liquid going into the evap right?

so from compressor to evap inlet it can loose 50-60 degrees?

basic i know i just cant grasp it

Actually two things:

1. Boiling point changes with pressure. The higher the pressure, the higher the boiling point... and vice versa.

2. Temperature (intensity of heat energy) and heat (amount of heat energy) are not the same thing.

Mount everest height is 8850m.
Half of that is 4425m.
At that height barometric pressure is 59 kPa
At that pressure water boils at 85,51°C! (CoolPack calculation of water saturation temperature).
Easy, 5 min job with internet connection!
You don't need to be that much smart today!
But you need to use that gray thing between ears!

are you sure it is grey??? mi father told me as a kid the brain is pits black,as you get smarter its get lighter,so when youre very-very smart,its gets white. so as mine are starting to get grey,whe have still a long way to go......(lol)

if u know ur fridge stuff the refridgerent turns to liquid 1-2 3rds of the way thru the condenser there fore giving u subcooling it needs to change state cause dont forget basics it needs to dump heat

MY FRIEND ITS VERY EASY TO UNDERSTAND!
INFACT ITS A PROPERTY OF REFRIGERANT WHICH IS BEING USED IN THAT SYSTEM ie (Boils at a very low temprature and pressure and rejects heat at a very high temprature and pressure) please stick on the ph chart form moderen refrigeration book. u can get whole u desire.
