I retired from my day job as a practicing HVAC mechanical engineer in 2003. Since then I have done free lance design of small commercial and institutional HVAC systems, and in my spare time, I have written a book to allow others to take advantage of my 30 years design and operational experience.

The original title was HVAC Design Manual – A Mechanical Designer’s Guide to Design of Small Commercial and Institutional HVAC Systems. I'm checking now, but others have evidently not had this problem. Check with your internet service - this is a very large file - nearly 5 MB - and it may exceed a limit imposed by your service.

This is a very large file, 4.7 MB, so stuff happens if you have dial-up vs broadband. I have dial-up, and downloaded it two ways, first as a save to a folder on my hard drive, then just to open. It takes a good 20 minutes with 57K dial-upThe first try failed! Then I opened it OK. Then I tried again to save it using the right-click, and it came through OK on the second try. So unless you have a limited allowable storage with your ISP, you may have to try several times before you get a clear circuit from the U.S. to India.
