    Piping labels

    hey guys,

I was in a plant today and they had a +14*F recirculator with piping labeled as low temperature and a 0*F recirculator with piping labeled as medium temperature. Can anyone tell me the temperature ranges for low temp, medium temp and high temp when labeling a system?

    thanks

There really isn't a standard for temperature like there is for pressure as far as IIAR compliant industrial systems are concerned.

That said - they should make sense to the operators and be defined somewhere.
