Hotpoint FFA71 Fridge Freezer

Hi all

Any help greatfully accepted.

My fridge freezer keep freezing anything in the bottom salad draw and the temp control dials seem to have no effect. Food further up (higher in the fridge)seems to be ok.

So at the moment were are getting lots of frozen lettuces and cucumbers.

Please help!

Did you change anything related to loading of your fridge, Also let me know by when you started facing this problem as there is some change which is effecting the air flow may be you are blocking the air path at the top hence most of the cooling is getting trasfered to bottom hence excess cooling at the bottom.

Thanks for your reply.

The fridge has recently been moved whilst we redecorated - so i think this maybe the cause of the problem..

Apart from this we have not moved anything...
