Zanussi z97/5 Fridge warm freezer working

HI guys,

We have a Zanussi z97/5 ser no. 51100771. A four weeks ago the temperature alarm came on and the fridge was warm but freezer working ok. I turned it off and ended up with the tray on the compressor full of water. Turned back on and the fridge worked ok.

The fault has now re-occurred. I was told this could be the defrost wire? Any ideas??

Idea is to troubleshoot that defrost wire, connection cables and accompanying control circuit. After troubleshooting, usually follow change of defected part. Do you have required tools and skills to use tools and work with parts on deadly voltage?
If not, call service engineer. They have both and needed documentation.

Dear Check for the Fuse, which is controlling the defrost temp. Or check for the sensor which is controlling defrost temp may got displaced from its designated location.
