IQF Freezer / Dynalene Coil
Good day - I am new to your site & am presently in charge of putting together two portable IQF tunnel freezer systems (each IQF unit has one coil). Two individual Frick rotary chiller packages have been specified for a glycol (dynalene HG-50) recirculation refrigeration system. My question is in relation to the coils in the IQF units. I have the following space available for the coil - 5 meters long x 60 cm deep x 1.4 meters tall -The capacity will be 80 tons @ -50F, fins will be at 11mm spacing for de-icing,I am looking at 19mm I.D, tubing in the coils, vertical 6"nps inlet and outlet(one at each end of the coil).
can one of you point me in the right direction to come up with the following:
-lineal meters of tubing and flow rates required to meet the desired tonnage-
your input is greatly appreciated -
