    Lightbulb PVR's

Hello, I recently saw a job in the centre of London and the chiller in the basement plant room has dual port PRV valves that would vent directly into the plant room. I have been asked to reroute the PVR to a different location. However I don’t know were to vent the PRV's to?
I could vent them into the evaporator, or to atmosphere? Would I be correct if I ran pipework from the PRV's directly out the plant room into the car park or are there regulation in place we this refrigerant should be vented too ?
I understand that PRV valves are for safety reasons and will only let go in the case of a fire or extreme operating conditions.

its usually in the spec to take them to atmosphere, obviously take into consideration where as you wouldn't want them to blow off anywhere near the public.
