Re: heat calc
What are room dimensions (W-L-H)?
What are temperatures at other side of room panels?
What is infiltration air max temperature?
Does the floor insulated?
What are material and thickness of room walls?
Describe room placement?
What is pull down time?
Any forklifts?
50-120 openings is lot. You should consider air curtain.
P.S. Next time "please" instead of "I want" will be nicer.Last edited by nike123; 07-04-2009 at 12:58 PM.

Re: heat calc
To do it right, you will need the heat dissapation of each machine. There are several possiblilities: You can only get the motor watts and amps. Since the machine does not operate continuously, you would need to find out from the owner about what percentage of each hour a typical machine is in use. If that is given the symbol u for usage factor, then the total heat dissapated per machine would be Q=V*I*u. ; Often, the machine manufacturer can give you the operational and standby heat dissapation, which would be better than using the input.
