Empty tank weight?
I've got a partial tank of dupont 410a how much does an empty tank weigh? so i can figure out how much is in it, i'm sure this is a very easy question but i can't find the answer by searching.

I've got a piece of string which has had a bit cut of the end, can anyone tell me how long it is now?
Easy question? or perhaps you need more information as there are so many different lengths of string from different manufacturers.

If it's a conventional refrigerant cylinder (as opposed to something you've picked up on your travels) it will have the Tare weight stamped on the cylinder identity plate.
The rest is arithmetic.
But, beware of refrigerant that you don't know the pedigree of - it may be contaminated.
