LG side by side freezer door dismantle

Hi,

How do i get to the duct door that covers the ice shoot in the freezer door of an LGgwl227ybqa?

Have removed the ice maker unit but cannot see anyway into the door to get to the rubberised duct door as it no longer seems to open when ice is dispensed.

anyone know an engineer for LG around enfield area?
