Tecumseh Compressor

Does anybody have any info on a TPG1410YXC compressor. It´s not listed on Tecumseh´s website site, in any catalogue that I have or even on Google. I have to replace one of these compressors and Maytag sent out a replacement an Embraco EGY100HLC, but I´m not sure if it´s the right replacement. It is physically bigger and I don´t think it will fit anyway.

Any info greatly appreciated.

its not a tpa1410 is it.that is a 1/4hp on r134a

I´m pretty sure it was TPG. I´m going to check again to make sure because I can´t find anything that starts TPG.

It is PTCSCR R134A 8,37cm^3/rev low temperature normal torque, nominal capacity of 1000btu.

It looks like you have good replacement model.

If it is TPA then TPA1410 is equal to the Danfoss NF11X!

Thanks Nike, how did you find that? The model is definitely the number I quoted in the original post, I checked it today. It looks like the new one is a good match.
