required temperature for the radiator

hi,is there anyone knows the required water temperature for the radiator in Europe?

EN442 standard temperature is 75°C flow/65°C return ( ΔT of 50K)

50K difference between radiator mean temperature and room air temperature.

10K (75/65) difference between water in and water out.
