Re: Blast frezers upto -60*c
hi, i am also supposed to design a blast freezer with -60C room temperature. won't ammonia or co2 be enough for this temperature level? also, there is a combination of other rooms at different temperatures (-30C cold store, then other high temperature rooms). any advise on a good system for this would be very much appreciated. thanks!
