Sanyo Text Back Fault Code Service

Hi All,

Sanyo have recently launched a Text back service silmilar to others which are operating in the industry at the moment.

The instructions for using this are below.

Phone number is a UK number 0044(0) 7954 52 1963

1. Text Re(space)SA(space)YourCompanyName.
2. You will receive a text back confirming registration
(it is only required to register once)

To actually receive fault code info follow the following instructions.
1. For Split Systems text PAC(space)Error code.
2. For VRF text ECO(space)Error code.
3. For GHP text GHP(space)Error code.

A reply will be sent within two minutes cost for this are standard network text message charges.

An example of the above would be
PAC F02 Indoor unit coil sensor E2 fault check resistance , connection etc etc etc.
