How to show the degrees sign
I've wondering how people on this forum manage to show the degrees C sign. So for everyone that doesn't know how to write it, Hold down "alt" then type 0176 in the numpad.
°C

Re: How to show the degrees sign
Or, Alt Gr and 5 (not on num pad) simultaneously and than C or F letter.
p.s.
This could be the case only on local versions of keyboards like mine.Last edited by nike123; 02-02-2009 at 12:55 PM.

Re: How to show the degrees sign
Look at all my postings
I did not know how to do °C before
but
' deg C ' is using 4 keys
Alt 0176 is also using 4 keys
so not really any short cut
but
does look better.

Re: How to show the degrees sign
You could install this software and remap keyboard in such way that that is available with short key combination like Alt Gr + d for example.

Go to remap keyboard for details.
