Checking oil levels
Hi all
I need to check oil levels in systems operating tandem scrolls but lacking oil sight glasses on the compressors.
Somebody has suggested to one of our engineers that this can be done by taking readings at specific points of the system I have only been in the industry for 31 years and would love to know of this dark art
Any helpfull suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
Regards
Jasper

Re: Checking oil levels
Hi Jasper
It is nice to be able to help such a newcomer.
Basically Its a theory of the bovine excreta type.
Which I suspect you already knew!
Steve.
