Mitsi elec vrv
One of my jobs this week is to investigate a vrv system that has lost all heating/cooling affect. All pipework runs from small vrv system to multi box and then all pipe is branched off into the evaporators.
Iv been told the comp is running, and the guy who had checked it before measured 12.3 12.3 and 13.7 or something along those lines on comp.
Can anyone give me some hints to look for when i go there?

Re: Mitsi elec vrv
For SOG first check the suction & discharge pressure & temp.
If it runs low suction pressure then the discharge SH gets very high & when the discharge temp get to max allowable then the compressor slows down to protect itself.
This makes poor performance.

Re: Mitsi elec vrv
yeah it does seem sog i had a toshiba on 410 and in heating on suction (3 pipe) at about 150 psi, if you find a leak a vac it then ring mist and they will give you cal's so u can weigh it back in
