    Dry Rooms

Has any one any experience of putting up dry rooms for very very low humidity. What type of doors are used? any special considerations?

    Re: Dry Rooms

We installed and made in the past some wood dryers.
The doors were the same as used in cooling rooms.
You only need an airtight room.
But it can much cheaper with sliding doors because those doors opens rarely. or

    Re: Dry Rooms

It were in fact more doors like this Oner ail for all the doors, so only one door could be used at once.
On the rail was a simple sliding system with a lift-up device we made ourself (not my idea but seen elsewhere)
The door felt in 4 inclined steel hooks so that the gaskets closed firmly the door.
We used the rails of a Belgium manufacturer Rob www.rob.be

What do you want to dry?
