My defrost is too long(11 min). In only 5 min max there is not frost. How can i modif this setting.

Since you are not service technician, I would suggest you to consult with your service technician, because such adjustment is not for someone who doesn't understand consequence of such action.

Why is bothering you your defrost time?

because it is too long so when it is below 1° outside there is lot of defrost. the temperature does not arrive has go up, it consume more for nothing and it do not heat up, it defrost while it can be heating up.

I hope you understang what i try to write.

What is your humidity in that area?
Are you sure that AC works fine, maybe it is short of gas?
It gives simmilar symptoms when gas leaks.
Do not attempt to change anything if you are not qualified. Call for expert.

it is not pas leaks. humidity is between 70and 80% but there is defrost when T° outside is 11°. And there is not frost !!!

Then call your service technician, because defrost should not happen below 7°C outside temp.

In relation to your unit, you either have a refrigerant leak or the outdoor unit is short cycling.
If your indoor filters are blocked and the unit does not see a change in the return air temperature it may also go into a premature defrost..

Short cycling at which Brunstar refers is when discharged air from outdoor unit doesn't freely goes out. Instead, some significant portion of that air rebates from surrounding obstacles and circulate again in outdoor unit heat exchanger, and therefore, efects outdoor air entereng temperature to be lower than actualy outside air temperature is. That causes uneccesary defrosting.

What you are refiring is page 155 of manual.

Temperatures about what you are speaking in your posts are not clear any more after last post. So, please measure again outdoor temperature and humidity and indoor temperatures at inlet and outlet of indoor units!
Also put your indoor units on high fan and temperature at max (30°C) and check temperatures after 5 min has pased. If needed, you could open windows partialy to alow that indoor units works at maximum power.

Also give us model# of indoor units. This is in order to calculate power emited from indor units and to evaluate proper functioning of outdoor unit!

From what I read in manual, that is slow defrost starting, and if I correctly interpret that, and what you are saying until now, your unit behave opposite of that.
Yet another symptom of faulty unit.

By my calculations, that unit gives you around 14 kW of heat if you have 2100m3/h as stated on technical data of indoor unit. According to that, it probably works fine and your space require more heat and unit is probably undersized for space requirements.

with a coil temp of that i think that this unit is operating very well considering the ambient is -3.5 deg c.

that unit won't give you 14kw output at those temperatures but i think it is operating well for the conditions it is under.
What is the floor area in meters square it is trying to serve?

That is the problem with rule of thumb calculations!
Try to partition that part which is open to second floor with cardboard or PVC foil and then see what happens with your indoor temperature.

200 square meters, at 120 watts per square meter you will need 24kw and you have about 12.5kw, have you done a heat loss calculation on the place?

the technician had done a heat loss calculation and say the rzq100 was enought. With my calculation i thought the 125 maybe could be ok.
Today humidity is 75% and T° -1. I have 22 indoor !!!!

That is indication that your AC produce insufficient heat for that outdoor conditions. Either you need some backup heating, or you need additional AC for harsh weather conditions, depending on your climate (if that AC is OK, and appears it is).
