Sorry Botrous I don't recognise those sizing numbers.

Sporlan seem to use 'letters' according to the documents that I've seen..

edit: correction, I've just seen 1/9...

    Hi Botrous
In the dim dark back of my mind an old engineer said the orifice sizes related to an American drill gauge numbering system, definitly imperial.
    Hope this helps.

I see you're in Lebanon so this might not be easy, but why don't you call Sporlan TS? I have found them to be very helpful. If this relates to some old equipment they may have to get back to you, but I have never not gotten the information I needed.

While writing this, it occurs there should be a way to contact TS through their website. Being in the States with the cell phone always handy it's easy to just dial them up, but the internet TS is there for those who don't have that as a ready option.
