    Question VSD for SAB202

    Hi everybody,

Have any one try to install VSD on Sabroe screw-SAB202?
What we need to pay attention of?
    What is the minimun RPM?
Need to use constant tourque VSD?

    Many thanks for your in-put.

I dont know what the minimum RPM is.
A constant torque VSD is definitely needed.

Frgoscandia / England do a similar set with a package. Start at min hertz but have pre-lub oil pump, after timer control load comp to 100% then ramp up VSD to design 50/60 hertz and stop pre-lub oil pump.

    Hi Quang

if you want to make a rototune you need to start with a male driven screw, most are female. I have speed driven standard screws, from 30 to 60 hz.

    kind Regards Andy
If you can't fix it leave it that no one else will:rolleyes:
