Refrigeration mechanic moving to Australia
Hi Guys
I am a qualified Industrial Refrigeration Mechanic and i am wanting to move to Australia and work specificaly in the North eastern region of Victoria.
I would like to find out if anyone has worked in this region?,what are the working conditions like?.What sort of employer pay package can i expect for the area?.As far as technology is concerned, what is the core sector for refrigeration and air conditioning? i.e Supermarket ,retail, general dealer, farmer etc..etc
I am sure some of you have taken over your tools via air freight, is there any special documents required to do this?.Do you guys have any recommendation when takeing over tools?
I would value your input guys
Many thanks
Seymour.

Re: Refrigeration mechanic moving to Australia
north eastern area of Victoria is not exactly brimming with large towns. What area specifically - Lakes Entrance? north or south of that? South you will find more work but the wages and employment opportunities will not be like a capital city (Melbourne, Sydney, etc)
...and she said "give it to me you big fridgie"
