plastic refrigeration fittings?
Are there plastic refrigeration fittings available that can electrically isolate the evaporator from the rest of the system.

There are some dielectric fittings used on aluminum evaporators connected to steel pipes, but I do not know who the manufacturer of the fittings is.
What type of problems are you seeing?If all else fails, ask for help.

you can get rubber/plastic flexi-hoses used alot on integrals,they seem to be decent enough dont now if you can get large sizes though.

What are you looking at, induction heating for the evaporator?

You guys are good! I am under a NDA with the university at this time and as such cannot provide the Universities name. But you all are on the right track.
