air cooler in freezing tunnel for ICECREAM
Hallo,
I need the parameters for an aircooler (DX R404A) used in freezing tunnel for hardening icecream.
I'm interested especially in inlet/outlet temperature of air, evaporating temperature and fin space. Is it better to use variable fin space?
Any recomandations for air flow?
Does anybody made something like that?
In fact, the client wants to repalce the air cooler because is blocked with ice, very short time after the start up the plant.
Thank you all!
