Replace controller with a known good one.
Already replaced 2 new controllers MICROLINK2i, but all of their fuses F1 AND F2 keep blowing out.

Then you have something really messed up in the wiring somewhere.

Something like this; few years back had a 'weird' problem on a TK. Evap fan motor smoked so bad it was feeding high volt back to mother board via motor overload circuit.
You don't know fun till ya find 460V in your control circuit.

    Hi saleemsalem

did you check TR(transformer)? You try replace the transformer with new one. Good luck.

check the heater kliksons or the smv module. the easiest way is to disconnect the loads then slowly plug them in until u blow a fuse.

I'm curious as to why/how you came to this conclusion ?

Actually I did not replaced the Transfotmer, because its output Voltages were Normal 18volts and 22volts AC.

I think Reefermech was thinking that if the voltage leaving the transformer was higher that this could cause higher current draws for the controllers devices. This does make logical sense, but since you have proper voltage on the secondary, then transformer is not the issue.

You have changed the controller twice and still pops the fuses, do you know exactly when the fuses pop? Do they pop right away or does the unit continue through its start up sequence and then pop. If so in which part of the sequence does the fuse blow? During Evap fan start up, during condensor fan start up, during compressor start up? Typically this will give you clues as to what device that the controller is blowing the fuse on.

If it is popping right away then you will probally have to get out your DMM and perform a resistance check on all inputs and outputs for a path to ground or internal low resistance due to a faulty shorted electrical device.
