AHU MANUFACTURER and SOFTWARE

Hi,
The problem i am having is that our company imports air handling units and we are looking for manufacturer in china but most chinese companies can neither quote/send drawings on time nor reply at all.
As i used to be AHU designer myself i find it frustrating.
Do you people know any AHU manufacturer(preferably china) and has proper software for even complex selection or at least quote me on time. We have lot of orders of AHU.
