    Lightbulb Bypass buffer tank volume

    Hi
see the attachment, take the sketch as example and see that we want to use a bypass buffer tank between Direct fired absorption chiller and air handling units. The circuit is self expanatory, the total load of chiller is 250 tons and also that of AHU is obviously the same. System will run on TD of 10.
Now i want to know how can i calculate the volume of buffer tank and also what are essential points to look for while designing the buffer tank(inner divider plate etc).
Can you give me volume of tank and calculation method.
To me the calculation can come out to be 127 cubic foot of tank volume i may be wrong, i need your support people
