Eutectic pads

Dear All
is it viable to use Eutectic Pads in the cold Room to cut down the Operating cost . is there any one using Eutectic pads in cold room , pl share your Experince with me.

I do not think it can cut down the costs unless there is differential power rates over a day time. To cool the pads, you shall consume the energy & that can only offset if you cool them at a time when the power charges are lower.
