Need help

Hi Experts
i am new here in this forum. I am going to build a chiller for my aquarium. So i need your suggestions to make the project successful. I used various commercial aquarium chiller but the result was not satisfactory. These chillers are not suitable to reduce the temperature by 10 to 12 degrees.

Size of the aquarium is approx 95 US Gallon (380 ltr.). Ambient temperature is about 36 to 38 degree C. Target temperature of the aquarium is 25 degree C.
Now i have some questions .....

1)What should be the capacity of the compressor?
2)How long evaporator and condensor should i need?
3)What should be the capacity of the chiller tank?
