how to get superheat value?

I found the temp of suction line change a lot, hot to get SH value?

i am not an expert in refrigeration but with little knowledge i can say to knoew the superheat you need to know the value of suction pressure corrosponding this pressure you can find out the saturation temprature for the refrigerant u r using. difference betewee n this theoretical temprature and temp which u have observed u can find amount of superheat
