    I am extremely happy to be one of the member of this group and I thank personally to MarkFiddy and chemicool for helping me out so fast. It was so nice of them and I think For tech like us in third world with little knowledge help is real something beyond words
    as my original question was like this

    I have problem with Carrier cassatte unit
    it blew compressor scroll type
    air con details are as follows
    model 40GKX 060 703 40
    CODE ZOO7655G04
    SERIAL 04AMI32309
    13.20 KW COOLING
    NOW I RECEIVED NEW COMPRESSOR SAME DETAILS BUT WITH DIFFERNT OIL (POE) NOW TROUBLE STATRS AS SOON AS I FILL UP ***** AND AFTER 3HRS i loose cooling and if i see my gauges low side it shows from 60 psi to 20 and high remains same 250 psi now i checked all details where could i go wrong i am using R 22 lubricant is RL 32h please help me

    can you believe me i found capillary blocked with oil an i heated up as said and changed oil after consulting South Africa supplier
    its just 100%.

    POE oil is normally used with the newer HFC refrigerents like 410a so if you had mineral oil in the old compressor you could be having a situation where the 2 oils are mixing a causing the cap tube to plug up. Now you can use mineral oil, OR poe oil, OR alkylbenzene oil in an R-22 system BUT not to mix them.
