Due to come into force on 1st October this year, is this where we are really headed? More levels of EU bureaucracy that is going to cost Business plenty as the Training Organisations again reap the rewards of Legality.Check out the Legislation and search CIBSE & RIBA etc just type in Building Energy Certificate on Google ( I can't fathom how to post a proper link ) Anyway it is going to cost an arm and a leg for Business albeit possibly give us more work but at what expense.I don't know about anybody else but I do not think people need to pay someone to tell them they need to save energy and all this does is introduce a payment to a 3rd party who has come from nowhere with minimum qualification at maximum cost!!!!!
