Ref piping
Plz help in designing pipe sizes for R134a refrigeration system form compressor to condensor and to DX evaporator.

Base your suction pipe sizes on the vapour velocity to return the oil back to the compressor.
The liquid line needs to be sized to prevent excessive pressure loss.
If you are designing new systems then you really need to have the correct text books to hand.Brian - Newton Abbot, Devon, UK

Piping i deigned referring ASHRAE handbbok.
My case one compressor,Bitzer Make capacity 272kw is pumping refrigerant 3 different AHU(DX coil).
1)AC Plant & one AHU of 36.5TR is in same room in Ground Floor.
2)Second AHU is in first floor of capacity14.5TR.
3)Third AHU is in 5th floor of 8TR.Each floor height is 2.3 Metres.
How to design the sysytem? like whether receiver,LOF etc required or not.If required how to select each equipment of what capacity.
Please give your valuable reply
