PS. Insist on hi-performance valves though and not the cheaper variety other manufacturers may offer.

You know the Herl (Parker) valves are very nice but in their catalog only have untill 14 "

I know their valves have all certificated and test for ammonia also Fire Protection Association .

Normally for these big valves we have to use butterfly valves due to the weight. However nowtodays the globe valves are make lighter

The installacion of butterfly valves should be made carefully .The welder could burn the seal

The valvle should not be in-place when welding is done. Someone is trying to save time...
