LiBr Absorptive chiller heat recovery
Hi dear sirs
Is it practical to recover the condensing heat of Libr chiller? How about the affect to the chiller condensing temperature? I'm not familiar with libr chiller. Anybody here can give me some help? thanks!

Hi Lc,
No problem recovering the heat, the issue is that is is typically low grade, i.e. 25DegC approx, when running constantly at a constant load, the main issue is finding a use for the low grade heat, to be honest, I cant think of any right now, depends on the other applications you have running at the facility,i.e. if you have a boiler for DHW Domestic Hot Water, you cold pre heat the water to 25DegC in winter as it will probably be circa 6 to 9 DegC from source in winter, other than that, scope is really quite low.
