Hotpoint FFA71 Freezer High Temp Light / Fridge is Freezing

Hi I wonder if someone would be able to help.

I have a Hotpoint FFA71 and had it re-gassed 5 months ago. The Freezer High Temp Light is on and have set the Freezer temp to the Coldest but still the high temp light remains on. Theres a lot of frost on the back wall of the Fridge section and this is actually Freezing and is set on the Warmest Setting. I know the simplest thing to do would be to swap the food from the fridge to the freezer section and Vice versa lol. When i turn the fridge freezer on the freezer starts to freeze and the compressor runs and here a click. it then works for so long and then stops freezing after about 10 mins. The fan runs in the freezer section for 5 or 10 secs on switching the fridge freezer on. the pipes start to frost up and then they start to melt after so long. there are 2 x thermostat in freezer section one in the metal frosty part (lol) and one layed near the bottom of the freezer. Any help would be much appreciated. Thanks very much Paul.
