    R-22 with POE Oil



    Can we use R-22 with POE oil or changing the comp. to minerial oil is better?

    With Copeland compressors you can. POE is backward compatible with most refrigerants, with the exception of R12, and can be mixed with mineral oil.

    Just bought a small Copeland semi hermetic today, its for a 22 system and it comes with POE.

    You can't get them here with mineral oil any more.
