Versatemp Specialist in Sussex

Hi,

New to this site, so if I've posted in the wrong section.... appologies and feel free to move.

I'm a Facilities Manager for a Borough Council in Sussex. One of the three buildings I look after has a Versatemp system which the maintenance contract is up for renewal shortly.

Any of you based reasonably close and would like to tender for the contract or could recommend a company?

Two people have kindly sent me replies via email but a contractor within the immediate area is proving hard to find. Upto the M25 would be ok.

Surely there must be more companies with Versatemp experience?

Unfortunately not nowadays I'm sorry to say.

I have done quite a lot of work on the Versatemps a couple of years ago whilst sub contracting to "a Versatemp expert". Unfortunatley they knew less than me about them and i quickly back heeled the contract.

FM-Sussex , i don't seem to be able to PM you with the name of the company in question and i'm not sure i should name and shame them. All i can say is steer clear of any (so called) experts in West Yorkshire.

I think I may be able to help you with your Versatemp building.

My company Turnair Services Limited was specifically formed for the service & maintenance of this equipment.

I have worked for both the previous and current manufacturer for over 20 years as a service engineer before moving into sales and fully understand the equipment and system behind it.
