    Thumbs up Tempering

    Hi all,
I'm looking at a project to de-frost frozen products up to ambient in as short a time as possible.
This will be done in a room measring 13 x 6 metres, I'm considering using an evap with electric heating elements wit the fans operating at the same time, does anyone know any other method?

Microwave oven, Pressure defroster, Blast defroster, other than that your on the right track but I'm not sure about the evap unless your product is releasing moisture?

The product will be releasing moisture which will be controlled by a de- humdifier

Well if you have a defrosting room you must also so have a cold store or similar. How about reclaiming the energy from this room with a second condenser? And sell it as environmentally friendly.

Heat pump in heating mode will give you the cheapest hot air.
Don't you have a maximum temp?
