    Cold Store Panel



    Hi All ..I am on a job where the Cold store panel has creased in numerous panels about half way up (5mts) .What are your thoughts .I tried to post photo's but the site would not allow ,If you think you can help I would email you the photo's .The store is external insulated with the steelwork on the inside of the store ,200mm panel has been used the height of the room is approx 10.5 mts

    One of the reasons could be bad foam quality. Basically the panels typically need curing time of 24 hrs after they are manufctured. If those ar shipped out before that time, this still can hapen. So also during the manufatring the Air may be entrapped. After the panel is exposd to temp variation this can happen. & ofcourse it can also be due to this Pr. relief port non working.
