Kelvinator Frost Free PCB

I've got trouble with a Kelvinator Fridge/Freezer. Compressor runs with defrost heater permanently on.

Looking to replace board & Probe. Board is:
ITW ISPRACONTROLS CU29321.

Trouble is I'm having troubles tracking one down. Anyone got any suggestions where I may get one or who supplies Kelvinator parts in the UK?

is it possible the timeclock contacts are welded on...? how old is your fridge, if its still in warranty take it to your local email dealer?

or maybe its just defrosting each time you open the fridge, most common defrost timers for domestic here are 20 min every 6 hours or 30 mins every eight hours, the latter for larger type.
